Our olive trees near Zacharo town (Peloponnese) were burned from the great August fires unfortunately, it will take years to recover!

RIKA DELIYANNAKI

 

 
Another obscure art-folk gem, 'We've burned our boats' music by cretan composer Rika Deliyannaki and singing by Fereniki Valari and by Eftyhios Hatzittofis.
This was published in 1977 but there existed older recordings of the same songs from 1973 with singers Giorgos Moutsios and Evgenia Syrioti.
